Operation Features and Cycle Times
  • Pre-position die opening feature reduces unessential jaw motion, shortens changeover time and maximizes operator efficiency.
  • Quick change die feature reduces downtime between jobs. Over 74 industry standard and 24 special application dies available.
  • Accepts almost any custom die.
  • Fully open to fully closed (no load): 1.8 seconds
  • Closed to fully open (no load): 1.7 seconds
Safety
  • "Instant Stop" dual action (open/close) foot switch. Operates only when pressure is applied to the switch. Machine instantly stops when foot pressure is removed.
  • Ergo-dynamic designed height to reduce operator fatigue.
  • Steel guard.
Hydraulics
  • Low pressure system (max. pressure is 1000 psi).
  • Pump is a 1 hp motor, 1.25 gpm with 1 gallon reservoir and pressure relief valve.
