Special Wire and Rope Dies

PROMEC offers special dies for custom end fittings. Our dies work with our hydraulic swagers, models Q6000, 438 and 625. When final order is confirmed, please supply a minimum of ten samples of the fitting(s) to be swaged to assure proper swage dies. Die price(s) and specifications are subject to change without notice. To confirm after-swage dimensions, all assemblies using stake eyes should be proof-loaded appropriate to in-use load requirements when setting up dies in machine.

PROMEC aluminum and copper oval and stop sleeve dies can be configured to impart a hexagonal cross section to the finished swage. Dies can also be engraved on opposed flats to provide an imprint of the manufacturer's logo or other markings on the finished part.
